LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Leasing Associate with 3 years of experience, for a full-time job in the nonprofit industry, this is a temporary opportunity located in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant and lease records in property management systems.
- Coordinate lease signing appointments and ensure all required documentation is collected.
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding lease terms, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Track lease expirations and send renewal notices in a timely manner.
- Assist with rent collection and monitor delinquencies.
- Support leasing agents with marketing materials, property tours, and application processing.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal leasing regulations.
- Generate reports related to occupancy, leasing activity, and rent rolls.
- Collaborate with accounting and legal departments as needed.
- Must have 3 years of experience working in Real Estate or Property Management
- Knowledgeable around Section 8 and low income housing
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Salary: $22-25/hr
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
