Job Duties:

Point person with building great working relationships among stakeholders

Point person between the company and the clients

Managing client package – understanding shipping requirements, terms, etc.

Working hand in hand with other departments to resolve any issues etc.

Monitor/record waste profile documents – tracking progress

Manage client profiles in CRM/NetSuite

Requirements:

2-3+ years of experience in account management

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience in CRM – preferred

Location: Brown Deer, WI 53209

Dress Code: Business Casual

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Role will be 4 days in office and 1 day remote after training

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
