Overview:
Our client, a reputable organization, is looking to add a Collections Specialist to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service while ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Resolve billing issues and negotiate payment arrangements.
Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile accounts and resolve disputes.
Monitor aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
