A well-established company in Caldwell, Wisconsin is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in supporting purchasing operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines

• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely fulfillment

• Maintain accurate procurement records and update internal systems

• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs

• Develop and maintain positive vendor and supplier relationships

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in procurement or purchasing preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage of $18–$20
