A well-established company in Caldwell, Wisconsin is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in supporting purchasing operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely fulfillment
Maintain accurate procurement records and update internal systems
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs
Develop and maintain positive vendor and supplier relationships
Qualifications:
Previous experience in procurement or purchasing preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage of $18–$20
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
