LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in Calexico. This role will be 100% onsite and a full time, contract-to-hire opportunity. Interested candidates must be bilingual Spanish/English.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain healthcare experience, as our client is open to those with a great customer service background looking to jump into the healthcare field! In this role, you'll perform administrative duties for patients - checking in/out, collection of copays, updating patient demographics, phone and email correspondence, and scheduling patient appointments. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year customer service/reception/administrative experience - healthcare experience desired (not required!)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficiency working within software systems

• Willingness to learn and grow with a company

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work well within different softwares
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment and meet productions metrics as outlined by management
