Receptionist/Customer Support Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a medical device manufacturing company located in Carlsbad that needs a Receptionist/Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. This position is full-time, on-site, and pays up to $20/hr. This role consists of answering multiple phone lines, processing customer orders and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line phone system

Greet customers

Communicate with other departments, sales, accounting and marketing

Process and return orders

Resolving customer complaints and inquiries

Handle customers transactions/requests

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills:

Phone etiquette

Microsoft Office Suite

Communication

Organized

Experience:

At least one year or relevant work experience

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience

Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Carlsbad, CA

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
