Receptionist/Customer Support Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a medical device manufacturing company located in Carlsbad that needs a Receptionist/Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. This position is full-time, on-site, and pays up to $20/hr. This role consists of answering multiple phone lines, processing customer orders and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Greet customers
  • Communicate with other departments, sales, accounting and marketing
  • Process and return orders
  • Resolving customer complaints and inquiries
  • Handle customers transactions/requests
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills:

  • Phone etiquette
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication
  • Organized
  • Experience:

  • At least one year or relevant work experience
  • Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Carlsbad, CA

    Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
