Claims Adjuster

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join and amazing team in Carmel! This role is open to candidates with or without a P&C Licensure and will reimburse the cost of getting the licensure. If you are looking for an exciting new career in claims, please apply!

Employment type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $17, $19 with previous experience in Claims or Auto insurance

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and investigate claims to determine the correct payment
  • Manage incoming claims by assigning appraisers and following up to ensure completion
  • Assist with the proper documentation of claims including reviewing to ensure that all claims are correct
  • Review claims to ensue that they fall within policy guidelines
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Required GED preferred
  • Property & Casualty License Preferred (will need to become licensed within 6 months of getting hired) Client will reimburse cost
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft office
