We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing to lead pricing strategy and execution for a global client in Dallas. This role is critical in driving profitability, competitiveness, and market share through data-driven pricing decisions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams, working cross-functionally, and navigating the complexities of B2B industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies across product lines to optimize revenue and margin.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations to align pricing with business goals.

  • Lead pricing reviews and governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

  • Manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts or coordinators.

  • Utilize pricing software and ERP systems to maintain accurate and dynamic pricing models.

  • Support contract negotiations with pricing insights and recommendations.

  • Monitor pricing performance and KPIs, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5–7 years of pricing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

  • At least 2 years of management or team leadership experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, pricing tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with value-based pricing and cost-plus models.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and supply chain dynamics.

  • Knowledge of global pricing strategies and international markets.




Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
