LHH is partnering with a professional aviation consulting firm in Centennial, CO to fill a contract to hire Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate will have previous professional administrative experience, strong multi-tasking skills, and the desire to provide timely support to clients. The role will involve support via phone calls while working with a small team dedicated to serving their pilot client-base in the Colorado area. You will be eligible to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs during the contract period. Once converted to a permanent position, this company offers full medical benefits with little to no out of pocket costs!

Compensation: $20-$22/hr, depending on level of professional experience

Location: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-4:15pm ON SITE in Centennial, CO

Responsibilities

  • Providing call support and managing email communication with clients
  • Processing credit card charges and ensuring fees are collected in a timely manner
  • Entering and maintaining client information and in the client management software and ensuring compliance with HIPAA requirements
  • Scanning documents and recording and labeling correctly
  • Coordinating with clients to request information and provide status updates
  • Interacting with clients, physician offices, disability and insurance carriers, and other outside agencies as needed
  • Demonstrating care and empathy in a professional and friendly manner with all business encounters
  • Assisting with onsite support for training events as needed
  • Providing other administrative duties as required for the success of the team
  • Qualifications

  • At least two years of customer service and administrative experience in an office role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat skills
  • An understanding of document management systems, document systems, and billing and time entry programs
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn a client management software
  • Team player with desire for the team and company to be successful
  • Ability to pivot tasks and remain flexible in a high-volume environment
