Customer Service Representative in Chandler, Arizona

Job Responsibilities:

Advocate for patients for referrals, authorizations, provider network, appeals and grievances

Answer calls or respond to inquiries via phone to aid in resolving issues

Provide information to the patient in a positive and upbeat manner

Assist providers or vendors on the status of claim payments

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented

Must be highly organized and motivated

Strong customer service skills are a must

Schedule:

Full-Time (FT) opportunity

Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

40 hours per week
