Job Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for patients for referrals, authorizations, provider network, appeals and grievances
  • Answer calls or respond to inquiries via phone to aid in resolving issues
  • Provide information to the patient in a positive and upbeat manner
  • Assist providers or vendors on the status of claim payments
  • Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be highly organized and motivated
  • Strong customer service skills are a must
  • Schedule:

  • Full-Time (FT) opportunity
  • Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • 40 hours per week
