LHH Recruitment Solutions is conducting virtual interviews for a healthcare company located in Chandler. This company is searching for a tier one technical support associate to join their expanding team. This position has a hybrid schedule, where you will work in office three days a week and work from home two days.

Responsibilities

Handle technical support issues through phone and email submission

Queue management with an emphasis on efficiency, quality, and quantity

Demonstrates understanding of social media and effectively communicate knowledge with customers

Work in various department lanes

Troubleshooting, updating account configurations, reviewing activity in the platform to optimize clients’ business structure

The ideal candidate will possess:

High school diploma or equivalent. Some technical certificates are preferred!

1-2 years of work experience specific to customer success/technical support/account management.

Positive attitude and “team-first” mentality .

Advanced skillset with Excel are a must!

Knowledge of SalesForce is preferred!
