This company is searching for a tier one technical support associate to join their expanding team. This position has a hybrid schedule, where you will work in office three days a week and work from home two days.

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support issues through phone and email submission
  • Queue management with an emphasis on efficiency, quality, and quantity
  • Demonstrates understanding of social media and effectively communicate knowledge with customers
  • Work in various department lanes
  • Troubleshooting, updating account configurations, reviewing activity in the platform to optimize clients’ business structure
  • The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some technical certificates are preferred!
  • 1-2 years of work experience specific to customer success/technical support/account management.
  • Positive attitude and “team-first” mentality .
  • Advanced skillset with Excel are a must!
  • Knowledge of SalesForce is preferred!
