Greetings HR professionals! LHH Recruitment Solutions is now actively recruiting on a 3 month contract for an Admin/HR Assistant opening with one of our clients in the Home Health Care industry.


This is an exciting opportunity for entry-level HR professionals or administrative assistants with interest of breaking into Human Resources.


Job Title: Administrative/HR Assistant


Compensation: $21/Hour


Employment Type: 3 month Contract


Location: Chapmanville, WV


The HR Assistant will assist the branch staff with HR related matters and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized and personable with a passion for HR!


How you will do it!

  • Updating payroll tracking notes for new hires, status changes, data entry etc
  • Supports employee records management by filing documents in the employee file
  • Prepares documents, correspondence and other communications
  • Adding / revising voice mail boxes
  • Managing accurate employee phone roster

  • To be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with MS Office
  • Knowledge of HR terminology preferred
  • Entry level awareness of federal and state employment laws
  • Strong computer literacy!
  • Organized and self-motivated
