Events Division Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a contract-hire (full-time hours), Events Division Coordinator. This role is communicating with hotels and big corporate clients; this is business to business customer service. If you are seeking excellent company culture and growth opportunities apply today!

Duties:

Find and create efficiencies in event management process

Attend weekly team, production, and operations meetings

Liaise with and report to OPS team event details, client issues during programs

Provide on-site presence during managed events as needed

Daily, weekly, and monthly inventory management duties are required

Load rooming lists into system, making changes, and managing anything that may change

Load contracts, blocks, sub-blocks, auditing information

Decipher who to communicate with internally and externally when there are errors and information needs to be updated

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:30 and willingness to answer emails/calls if needed after hours

Location: 100% onsite

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively present information to clients, Hotels, and staff

Proficient in Google applications, MS Office Suite, CRM systems and Salesforce

Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to problem solve, prioritize, and work independently

Bachelor’s degree in related field; preferable hospitality, and event planning

3+ years’ meeting/event coordination experience

Available to work nights and weekends as needed
