Healthcare Recruiter

LHH is seeking a temporary Healthcare Recruiter in Charlotte, NC. If you’re a people-person looking to start recruiting in the exciting world of healthcare, this is the best place to dive in. We are in search of a qualified and resourceful recruiter to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This position will directly support a Healthcare System by building committed, trusting relationships with the HR Team to attract hardworking Healthcare Professionals to join their team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field

Additional recruiting training or experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed

Natural interpersonal and communication skills

Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset

Self-driven and goal-oriented

Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations

Responsibilities

Reviewing applicants' resume

Placing and assigning employees at clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities

Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner

Performing background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts, and credentials

Negotiating salary, problem-solving, and counseling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate

Source qualified Candidates by using a variety of resources and technology.

Manage email campaigns to address market demand to promote MLEE RPO opportunities.

Screen Candidates to ensure they meet all minimum qualifications and salary requirements.

Consult Candidates on their current and ideal situation, probing for unspoken needs using a consultative selling style to gain dedication to take urgent action on the available opportunities.

Qualify Candidates to apply to an open RPO position using their licensure, availability, skills and potential fit to prioritize and determine the best job match for the highest probability of placement.

Create a sense of urgency and gain candidate’s attention to follow the steps in the hiring process to meet the needs of the client as well as Healthcare professionals’ career goals.

Prepare and Present candidate profiles to the Hiring Team including relevant work history, skills, and intangible qualities for Healthcare Professionals to highlight the best fit for the position and place the Candidate.
