LHH is working with a global manufacturing company seeking to add an attorney to their North American legal team based in Charlotte, NC. This role will work closely with Sales, IT, Logistics, Finance, Management, and the General Counsel in developing and maintaining agreements.

Qualified candidates should have:

• 3+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts. Experience working in manufacturing or consumer goods is preferred but not required.

• The ability to work mostly autonomously reviewing and interpreting commercial contractual terms and effectively communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

• A license or ability to become licensed in North Carolina.

Prior in-house legal experience is preferred but not required for this role. The position provides an excellent opportunity to grow/develop working hand in hand with the Chief Administrative Officer/General Counsel.
