Lead Payroll Analyst

LHH is seeking a Lead Payroll Analyst to join their client in Charlotte, NC on a direct hire basis. Candidates must have strong Excel skills for reporting and full cycle payroll experience.

Responsibilities:

· Processing multi-state payroll for employees

· Heavy reporting for payroll and audits

· Responsible for garnishments and taxes

· Reconciliations

· Month-end

· Payroll journal entries

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree is preferred

· At least 2 years of experience with full-cycle payroll

· Excel skills are required (pivot tables, vlookups, concatenate, if-statements)

Compensation:

· The anticipated pay range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 depending on experience. This position comes with PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k with match and more

Work site:

· Hybrid; Onsite 3 days, Work from Home 2 days a week
