LHH is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days per week on-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:

    • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

    • Manage office budgets and expenses.

  • Executive Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous experience in financial services, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
