GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality system in order to ship the customer a quality product, improve upon the product, and improve the method of process for producing that product, by performing the duties and responsibilities below in accordance with GMP, IATF 16949 and internal Standards. Associate is responsible for maintaining Quality Standards and requirements in all aspects and performance of the job function.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document improvements on quality issues and track progress.
- Maintain a system that conforms to GMP and other quality standards.
- Trained Auditor.
- Communicating with external parties relating to quality issues
- Track and maintain customer complaint program
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with managers and associates on internal and external issues.
- Support resolution and follow up of corrective actions.
- Communicate with suppliers on incoming product, specifications and quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and specifications.
- Create and update control plans and FMEAs in collaboration with manufacturing.

$75k-$90k + bonus potential

Hours:
(On site) M-F; Flexible start in the morning 7:30am-8:30am to flexible end 4:30pm-5:30pm. As long as they hit the daily work hours.
