LHH is looking for an experienced Supervisor to be over Project Development with a background in Events Management and/or Hospitality.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote exclusive pricing, group, or specific requests from the events sales team
  • Supervise any new event launches with all departments to ensure that timelines and deliverables are met
  • Perform inventory checks on products, packages, and lodging to adjust to the requests
  • Communicate with departments on questions regarding event/program
  • Oversee budgets are staying inline
  • Follow up with internal/external partners

  • Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce, or other CRM software
  • 3+ years in hospitality, project management, and/or event management
  • Experience in cost structures of general events and hospitality
  • Strong communication skills verbally and written
  • Proficient in financial, analytical, and strategic planning
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to travel when needed, at times overnights
