Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume of daily cash and accounting postings
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivables processes
  • Complete bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Prepare and complete monthly journal entries
  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
