Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist (3-days Remote, 2-days In-Office) in Chicago, Illinois

Are you a detail oriented professional looking to make an impact in the Chicagoland community? We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join an accounting team with one of our mid-size real estate clients located downtown, Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate will have the ability collaborate with others while having a high level of organizational skills and manage their own portfolios. To qualify, you must have as strong attention to detail and 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Vaccination is required and must be able to into the Chicago office.

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties

Research and resolve accounts payable issues and identify discrepancies with

invoices.

Scan and index invoices in the electronic invoicing system.

Assist A/P manager with setup of new entities and users in electronic invoicing system.

Runs checks bi-monthly.

Produces monthly A/P reports.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an A/P role

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Detail oriented and high level of organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
