Billing Supervisor

LHH is seeking a Billing Supervisor. Our client is looking to hire a Billing Supervisor for a full-time direct hire role, located in Chicago, Illinois. The Billing Supervisor will lead and manage a team of billing specialists and will report to the Senior Manager of Billing Systems. Responsibilities:

Train, lead and mentor a team of 3 billing specialists

Supervise day-to-day operations of the billing department

Execute weekly billing cycles

Prepare manual invoices/credit memos

Reconciliations to general ledger

Submit invoices to customer eBilling platforms

Resolve discrepancies

Execute month-end close

Required skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

Minimum of 5+ years billing or related experience

Excellent supervisory skills

Strong communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Oracle experience is a plus

Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus
