LHH is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their global client's Commercial Disputes Group. This team specializes in high-impact litigation across industries, with a focus on complex business and financial services disputes, including class actions.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in commercial and financial services litigation, including class action defense.

• Advise Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and corporate executives on litigation strategy and risk mitigation.

• Handle matters involving the FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, securities litigation, and complex business disputes.

• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align litigation strategy with business objectives.

• Stay current on legal developments and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Who You Are

• Licensed to practice law in your state of residence.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.

• Prior litigation experience in Texas, Virginia, Illinois, or Pennsylvania is strongly preferred.

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills with a client-focused approach.
