Entry Level Production Planner

Production Planner

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and inventory levels

Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels for production needs

Work with various departments such as procurement, manufacturing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery of products

Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays and ensure on-time delivery

Analyze data to identify trends and improve production efficiency

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast future demand and plan production accordingly

Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and production metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

1-2 years of experience in production planning or a related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with production planning software or ERP systems is a plus

Job Details:

Direct Hire

Pay $50-60k

Monday-Friday 1^st shift
