Healthcare Recruiter - Remote after Training

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a recruiter with 1-3 years of experience for our client near Chicago (Austin area). This healthcare organization is hiring a recruiter to conduct full cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical employees. Please apply today!

Type of employment: Contract to Hire

Remote after 2 weeks of onsite training

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM

Pay: $25-27/hour, DOE

Covid vaccination required

Recruiters will write and post job descriptions to the company website and 3rd party job boards, conduct sourcing and interviewing of prospective candidates, work with hiring managers on staffing needs and coordinating interview schedules, making offers, and working with candidates through onboarding process.

Qualifications:

1-3 years minimum of recent experience in recruitment, healthcare industry recruitment strongly preferred

Experience in full cycle recruiting (including sourcing, job posting, submitting offers, etc.) and pipelining of talent

Must be available for onsite training (approximately 2 weeks) before remote work schedule

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and work under deadlines
