LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Recruiter in the Chicagoland area. This is a contract to hire position where the HR Recruiter will play a critical role in developing a large candidate pool to fill the needs of the different roles and functions across the company. The candidate will work with the Talent Acquisition team on managing the various sourcing channels, using various proactive recruiting strategies and qualifying and identifying passive candidates.

Essential Job Functions:


  • Works well with the recruitment team on developing a unified team to gain successful results.
  • Able to effectively network through the different online sourcing channels and social networks to present qualified candidates.
  • Keeps track of the pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them.
  • Always follows up on employee referrals.
  • Can develop strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet current and future open positions.
  • Uses applicant tracking system and creates reports and metrics analysis.

Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of full life cycle recruiting for a corporation with proven results of ability to identify and build quality talent pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Able to multitask different projects.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and relationship building skills.
