LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Patient Registration Specialist who will be responsible for heavy scheduling in a call center environment. We are seeking 1+ years of Healthcare experience in a customer service and high-volume environment.   • 8am-4:30
  • Onsite, Downtown Chicago - E. Huron Chicago, IL 60611 OR N Fairbanks, Chicago IL
  • $18-19.35 based on experience
  • 3-month contract (potential to hire)

  • Duties

  • Answer a high-volume of inbound calls from patients
  • Collect patient information
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain patient demographics in EHR System (EPIC)

  • Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Familiar with following HIPPA guidelines
  • High School Diploma
  • EPIC experience is a BIG PLUS
