Patient Scheduling

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Patient Registration Specialist who will be responsible for heavy scheduling in a call center environment. We are seeking 1+ years of Healthcare experience in a customer service and high-volume environment. Onsite, Downtown Chicago - E. Huron Chicago, IL 60611 OR N Fairbanks, Chicago IL

$18-19.35 based on experience

3-month contract (potential to hire)

Duties

Answer a high-volume of inbound calls from patients

Collect patient information

Schedule appointments

Maintain patient demographics in EHR System (EPIC)

Requirements

1+ year of relevant experience

Familiar with following HIPPA guidelines

High School Diploma

EPIC experience is a BIG PLUS
