LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant for a confidential client. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated legal team and support attorneys handling high-volume injury and comp cases. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in litigation support, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling personal injury and workers' compensation cases
  • Draft and file legal documents including complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Manage case files, medical records, and correspondence with clients, providers, and insurance companies
  • Schedule depositions, hearings, and medical evaluations
  • Track deadlines, court dates, and case milestones
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive client matters

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant in personal injury or workers' compensation law
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-filing systems and local court procedures
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and records management
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Benefits:
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
