Accounting Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an excellent client in the Cincinnati, OH area that is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk on a temp to hire basis. This position will primarily focus on Accounts Payable and Cash Application. Pay will range between $35K and $40K annually.

Job Duties:

  • Apply incoming payments to open invoices
  • Research and resolve unapplied payments
  • Verify and enter Accounts Payable invoices into the system
  • Assist with weekly check runs
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoicing discrepancies
  • Generate monthly reports for management
  • Additional duties as requested by management
  • Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of recent accounting experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
