Accounts Receivable Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who is looking to grow as a professional and be a part of a results driven team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and have exceptional communication skills. This position is on a temp to perm basis and will be onsite in Cincinnati, OH. To qualify, you must have two years of accounts receivable experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage front reception desk (answering phones and managing office email)

Monitor all billing and cash applications

Soft collections after 90 days past due

Research and resolve all invoice discrepancies

Maintain all Accounts Receivable records

Qualifications:

2 years of proven Accounts Receivable experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of ERP systems preferred

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Goal oriented and results driven

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Ability to work well on a team
