Contract to hire (onsite position)

8 AM – 5 PM

40/HR work week

Pay rate: $17/HR

Responsibilities:

  • Handling day to day office tasks
  • Filing, scanning, copying, etc
  • Meeting coordination and set up
  • Organizing meeting minutes and notes
  • Maintain public areas
  • Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ administrative experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate Excel capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Multitasking skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
