LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Benefits Specialist for one of our clients located near Cincinnati, OH 45201. Do you have 3+ years’ experience working with Benefits and compensations? If so, this may be a great opportunity for you!
Job scope/Duties
• Manage all aspects of benefits
• Main point of contact for questions about health benefits
• Update and maintain HRIS system
• Conduct regular assessments and analyzing data
• Manage employee leave programs
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Assists with preparing and submission of all required filings
• Monitor compliance and benefit eligibility
• Other duties as needed
Qualifications
• Must have 3+ years’ experience working with benefits and compensation
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Must be proficient with payroll systems
• Must be proficient with Pivot Tables/V lookups
Skills
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work fast paced and have great time management
• Must be able to work within teams and independently
Physical Requirements
• General office environment
Shift/Hours
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm, 40HRS a week
Compensation
• $55-$60K DOE
