LHH is seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives for a Health Insurance company based out of Ohio. This is a fully remote position for anyone that sits in EST or CST in the United States.


Candidate must have experience in a healthcare call center, insurance, benefits, and claims. First and second shifts available!


Duties:

  • Handling 45-50 inbound calls daily from members in regards to insurance benefits, claims, and inquiries.
  • Working in the computer system in regards to members accounts and updating information, as needed.
  • Reviewing insurance claims with members and answering any questions regarding benefit eligibility
  • Other duties, as needed.

  • Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in healthcare call setting, required.
  • Experience working with health insurance claims and benefits
  • Ability to handle high volume of inbound calls
  • Ability to work remotely in a home office (equipment would be provided
