Human Resource Coordinator
Are you interested in a Contract -to-Hire role? LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a highly motivated individual for a Human Resource Coordinator position located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our ideal candidate will be able to multitask, be detail oriented and passionate about delivering quality work.
Compensation Commensurate upon experience $45-50k
This position is Hybrid - 2-3 days in office
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate recordkeeping
and proper deductions.
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Perform new-employee background checks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Business Acumen – Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience in BambooHR, Paycor HR & Payroll platform, a plus
- Proficient with Goggle Workplace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Forms, Slides, etc.)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years related experience required.
