Contract to Hire position (Onsite)

Monday – Friday

8AM – 5PM

Pay Rate - $16/HR

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the administrative department
  • Receiving and directing a high volume of inbound calls
  • Entering data and maintaining database systems
  • Other duties requested by management
  • Qualification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of administrative experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
  • Accurate data entry
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
