Property Management Aide

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Property Management Aide for a Contract-to-Hire position with one of our clients located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is fully in the office 5 days a week 8am – 5 pm.

The Property Management Aide will aide the Property Manager in the supervision of staff work necessary for the completion of all property management function. The hourly rate is between $19-$21/HR.

Responsibilities:

Inspection of apartments for move-outs and move-ins, grounds and common areas on a daily basis

Annual HQS and housekeeping

Follow up with tenants on lease administration issues

Responsible for rent collection of all tenants

Interview potential residents, show apartments, and discuss lease agreements along with grievance procedures.

Investigates tenants complaints, explain housing policies and enforces the lease agreement.

Assist the Property Manager in establishing work schedules and assigning work as required to maintain efficient use of management staff time to complete a variety of reports and recommend corrective action as appropriate.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Excellent listening skills and a high interest level in working with low to moderate income clients

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Property Management or related field or an equivalent combination of education and property management experience.
