LHH is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in City of Industry. This role is contract to hire, paying up to $25/hour based on experience. This is a wonderful hands-on opportunity that will provide a lot of career growth to try new things. This position will be moving quickly.

Job Duties:

- applies payment to invoices

- monitors accounts receiving aging on excel

- prepares customer invoices and reconcile customer accounts

- pull up credit reports and review credit issues

- assist with accounts payable duties if needed

- perform additional tasks assigned by management

- familiar with line of credit and international sales (huge PLUS)

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP system, Sage is a plus
  • Experience with Excel - vlookup
  • Drives quality and excellence
  • Works well with others
  • Communicates effectively and thoughtfully
  • Demonstrates dependability in all aspects of work
  • Shows initiative and responsiveness
  • Hours:

    Flexible start time 6am-9am

    M-F; 8-hour work days with the possibility of OT

    Dress Code: Business Casual; Friday's - Jeans

    Compensation: $23-25/hour, based on experience
