LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a National Account Manager for a company based in Clearwater, Florida. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience as a National Account Manager, earned their Bachelor's degree, and have previous experience working in the plumbing industry.


The Job:

  • Responsible for handling the company's most important client accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed
  • Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts; develop new relationships with potential clients
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training

  • Background:

  • Experience: at least five years as a National Account Manager
  • Knowledgeable on how to get into large businesses
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • Industry experience would be ideal - plumbing
  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

  • Additional Job Details:

  • Pay/Bonus: $95K with a 20% bonus based on client retention and sales growth
  • Location of the Florida Facility: Clearwater, FL 33762
  • Schedule: 100% Remote; but prefers this candidate to live in Florida or Illinois
  • Reason for Opening: New position due to growth
  • Reports to: Director of Sales); He sits in IL
