Business Paralegal

LHH is recruiting a Business Paralegal for the Cleveland Office of a regional law firm. The Business Paralegal will have at least 5 years of experience as a corporate/business paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department setting.

Responsibilities:

Working with attorneys on mergers and acquisitions transactions and loan closings, and handling UCC and other corporate filings.

This position will have a high degree of client contact. Qualified candidates must possess solid experience in the preparation of corporate, limited liability company and partnership organizational documents and coordinating closings.
