Financial Analyst

LHH has partnered with a growing company in the Cleveland area that is looking for a detail-oriented financial analyst. This hybrid position has great benefits and a competitive salary.

Requirements

Guides cost analysis process by setting and enforcing policies and procedures

Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting data

Recommends actions by analyzing and determining data and making comparative analysis

Strong understanding of business finance and data analytics

Reconciliations of transactions by comparing and fixing data

Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, and collecting data.

Qualifications:

2+ years of related experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Great interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Strategic thinking.

Ability to multitask.

Presentation skills.

Time management and organizational skills.
