Description:

LHH is looking for a HR Administrator! As the HR Administrator you will support HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, talent Management, Training, benefits, and HRIS.

Duties:

  • Assist all HR with business units
  • Support diversity and inclusion activities
  • Help with HR audits
  • Update and maintain HRIS, ATS’s, TMS, LMS, which includes pulling reports when needed
  • Perform talent acquisition activities with managing posting, screening, coordinating interviews and helping with career and college fairs
  • Handle background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Maintain internship program with HR generalist
  • Administer and coordinate benefits programs
  • Assist with talent management for performance reviews and development
  • Assist with all trainings and material for trainings throughout the company
  • Assist with annual merit or employee events (retirement parties, awards)
  • Create separation package when needed and manage unemployment claims
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HRIS, ATS’s, SAP (preferred), LMS
  • PHR/SHRM a plus
  • Experience in construction industry is a plus
  • Shift:

    8-5, M-F
