LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality consumer products to their customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CPA certification is a plus.
