LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for great company in Coconut Creek, FL. If you are someone who is a self-starter with at least five years of HR experience, this could be the perfect job for you! The idea candidate will be someone with high volume payroll processing experience and and an understanding of all aspects of HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll process for up to 400 employees
• Oversee all FMLA, LOA, and Benefits
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
• Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR
• Responsible for understanding all employment law

Experience

• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience and at least 5 total years of experience in Human Resources

Skills

• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
• Payroll processing for up to 400 employees
• Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability

Work Type

• Full Time, Direct Hire, M-F 8am-5pm
• Onsite
• Compensation: $70-80k/year
