LHH Recruiting Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a strong Bookkeeper to join their organization. This position will be assisting this non-profit with daily accounting transactions, preparing journal entries and reconciliations. This position is located in Grandview, OH area and offers a hybrid schedule with flexibility to work with you on when you work remote and when in office.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling company credit cards from reconciling, issuing, terminations, etc.
  • Perform check deposits, apply payments and monitor cash flow
  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Prepare month end journal entries and reconciliations

  • Qualifications:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Non-profit experience helpful but not required
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work self-sufficantly once trained

  • Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid work schedule (flexibility on when in office when remote)
  • Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (some flexibility on start and end time)
