Collections Specialist - Remote

LHH is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our client in North Charlotte on a temporary basis. This position has the possibility to go permanent and will be remote after training in office for 6 weeks. Candidates must be local to the Charlotte area.

Responsibilities:

· B2B Collections on past-due accounts

· Resolving payment issues with customers

· Sending invoices and statements to customers

· Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

· At least two years of experience within business-to-business collections

· Professional and pleasant communication skills

· Experience with ERP system is helpful

Compensation:

· The anticipated pay range for this position is between $22/hour and $24/hour depending on experience.

Work schedule:

· Onsite for training; remote after 6 weeks
