About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative for our client in Covington, KY (41011). This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center environment who are looking to continue growing their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of call center experience is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service training is a plus.
