Registration Clerk

LHH is currently sourcing with a client near the Covington, KY area in search of a Registration Clerk. If you have strong multi-tasking skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and are detail oriented. This is an onsite Contract to Hire position, pay rate $16/HR. Duties:

  • Receive and process inquiries, questions, and concerns
  • Assist existing and new members with membership information
  • Ensure the database is up to date with member demographics and other required information
  • Collect and process payments for current member’s installment plan fees and new member’s application fees
  • Additional duties as directed by management
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong MS Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Accurate Data Entry
  • Excellent telephone etiquettes
