Registration Clerk

LHH is currently sourcing with a client near the Covington, KY area in search of a Registration Clerk. If you have strong multi-tasking skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and are detail oriented. This is an onsite Contract to Hire position, pay rate $16/HR. Duties:

Receive and process inquiries, questions, and concerns

Assist existing and new members with membership information

Ensure the database is up to date with member demographics and other required information

Collect and process payments for current member’s installment plan fees and new member’s application fees

Additional duties as directed by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of customer service experience

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong MS Excel and Outlook skills

Strong customer service skills

Accurate Data Entry

Excellent telephone etiquettes
