Account Reconciliation Specialist

LHH is seeking an Account Reconciliation Specialist in Creve Coeur, MO 63141! This is a contract role that is 100% in office. This position will support a variety of tasks related to the Order-to-Cash (OTC) macro process. These tasks will include (but are not limited to) invoicing, cash application, and data analytics. The candidate will need to be an expert in excel, and potentially have collections experience. For the term of the contract, the candidate will be able to take advantage of benefits through LHH.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform account reconciliations, identify issues and research to conduct collection efforts of delinquent accounts in assigned portfolio.
  • Prepare AR Aging report and execute actions to ensure expected results Partner with customer service and sales to resolve customer account issues
  • Perform month end responsibilities including reporting and monthly journal entries
  • Negotiate payment terms with delinquent customers
  • Manage all forms of internal and external communications
  • Requirements:

  • -Experience using BPCS/AS400
  • -Must be an expert with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • -Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • -Ability to build technical instructions and SOPs
