Accounting Principals is now LHH!

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-known client in Dallas, TX to hire an Accounts Payable Secialist paying up to $57K to join their small accounting team of 3 people on a contract-to-hire basis. Most of the duties will consist of AP work, but will eventually assist with AR receipts.

Responsibilities:

Enter Puller ID on Sales Orders

Tender money on COD Accounts

Create manual bank deposit and pull cash, if any.

Enter AP Invoices, check and Post

Process checks when needed

Process Positive Pay with bank

Keep check register in balance.
