Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute proformas; process invoices.

• Submit invoices and cost documentation via software or client portals.

• Track and resolve rejected invoices; manage appeals.

• Communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients regarding billing matters.

• Maintain organized billing records and assist with special projects.

Qualifications:

• Legal billing and insurance defense experience required

• Proficiency with Elite and E-Billing Hub

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Compensation: $70,000-80,000 annually

• Employment Type: Direct Hire

• Location: Dallas, TX 75240
